More weaponsets would be cool, but on the other hand, having only four means that the better the player the more time he can put off to hardswitch from inventory, another seperating point from good to better.

When it comes to playing my monk, I would love about 6 weapon sets. But for everything else, 4 weapon sets seems okay for now.

4 isn't that bad, when do you really need to be able to switch through more then 4 weapon sets at a given time lol.

Bow type and *slaying suffixes can lead to a lot of different permutations, but I haven't found too many times that I wanted more than 4.

yeah, when i monk i need a few shield sets, plus 40/40, plus a staff for extra energy, more weapon sets would make this a hell of a lot more convienient

Allowing loads of weapon slots takes the skill away of properly setting up the sets.
Now you can see 'good' from 'better' by their ability to change weapon sets to the fight (f.ex. the 30hp/+10 al vs x shield to the right damage type of the build used) instead of just using whatever is most common meta. |

The 'required' sets, especially for pvp,is retarded anyways and as said it's just clutter.

how is it retarded? the purpose of defensive sets, high/low energy sets, etc, is to the benefits you need in certain situations, which can be what makes or breaks a match. being too lazy to bother typically results in a negative outcome.

Even without every needed type of shield, there would be like 8 different combinations for items any caster could take advantage of in different situation that are all likely to happen in a lot of matches every day.

1. Given the relative ease of swapping weapons in/out of your inventory (just double click), weapon sets are really only needed for weapons you want to change rapidly, on-the-fly, and, particularly, if you want to change both the main hand and the offhand at the same time.
2. If there were 6 slots, someone would be sure to want 8. If there was 8...... |

I'd rather have 2 types of slots, one for each hand. This way you could easily combine your shields/focus with your spears/wands without needing 3782341 weapon slots.
